Judgment Day by Rod Parsley

Judgment Day Honesty Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Revelation 22:14-15 There is a spirit of deception that is so pervasive today that many believers have succumbed to it. They believe they are walking uprightly before God and that a little fleshly indulgence now and again will not disqualify them from heaven. They use excuses to justify their sin, saying that "it's only a little" or "it's only one time." God's Word on the subject is clear-the wages of sin is death. A little bit of yeast (sin) affects the whole loaf (see 1 Corinthians 5:6). You can't sin a little without it tarnishing your witness. You can't sin a little without it diminishing your power. You can't sin a little without sowing curses and death for yourself. When you sin, confess your sins and turn to the Lord who will forgive and heal your heart and your life. You have to be honest with yourself and face your condition; you need to have judgment day honesty. If you were before the throne of Christ now, would you be confident of being welcomed in as one of His sheep? I encourage you to have judgment day honesty every day.
